Planning & Reporting

At Evanston Primary School we develop SMART Goals to improve teaching and learning. These goals are based on analysing our school data and identifying areas for improvement.

A SMART Goal is:

• Specific
• Measurable
• Attainable
• Realistic
• Time framed

At the end of each year we report against the attainment of these goals in our Annual Report.
